What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, your personal profile data, founder profile, and startup profiles are soft-deleted or anonymised. Some data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Data Retention
We retain certain data for regulatory, safety, and legal compliance purposes even after account deletion. This includes transaction records and audit logs.
No Investment Data
StartupDarbaar V1 does not hold investment funds, equity holdings, or startup funding payments on behalf of users. There is no financial data related to investment transactions to delete.
Aadhaar and PAN
We do not collect Aadhaar numbers or PAN numbers. If such collection becomes required for future verification workflows, it will happen through a separate consent-based process with explicit consent and a clear data deletion path.
